“The Wolves have been waiting for this opportunity to get on the courts and compete,” said head coach Shaun Harris.

The girls came out strong with and didn’t look back with set after set played at a “competitive” level, Harris added.  “The girls made sure they were on the winning side of the breaks.”

Jocelyn Harris and Angela Woo – a Senior and Junior respectively – are leading a largely underclass squad.  Six of the nine starts are Freshmen and Sophomores, so a big win like this one was a great start to the much delayed season.

King will take on Temecula Valley on Thursday.
