Jack Roland is a senior and three-year varsity water polo athlete who truly exemplifies what it means to be a Champion of Character through the PEAK philosophy. As one of our fastest field players and a key contributor on the wings, Jack brings tremendous energy, effort, and competitiveness to every game. However, what makes Jack stand out is not simply his athletic ability, but his genuine love for the game, his teammates, and the process of becoming better. He consistently demonstrates kindness, respect, and good sportsmanship toward his teammates, coaches, and opponents, understanding that being a great athlete also means being a great person.

Jack brings joy and positive energy to the pool and leads by example through his work ethic, selflessness, and commitment to excellence. Throughout his three years on varsity, he has embraced both the challenges and successes of the sport while helping those around him become better. Jack represents the true spirit of PEAK by showing that being a champion is about much more than what appears on the scoreboard—it is about the character, relationships, and lasting impact you build along the way.
