RIVERSIDE:  The volleyball squad hosted Temecula’s River Springs High on Tuesday and the winning ways of the 2026 season continued on.  Jael Moore  and Caitlin Kiemele were dominant in the attack with 15 kills between the two.  Gabby McCarron had 10 assists.

Aleah Eutsey was voted by her teammates and coaches as the Player of the Match.

Sofia Galvan said of Aleah, “she played really well today and when it was at set, she would frequently kill the ball.”  Head coach Michael Tongg added, “Aleah played a phenomenal game tonight. She stepped up her game and was on point with her hitting.”

The final tally was 25-13, 25-11, 25-7 to put the Wolves’ record at 12-2 on the season.

The season is still young but there are obviously some very good things happening as the group continues to gel and play as a unit.

After the game, Berlin Rodriguez summed up a truth in sports, “winning as a team is so much better than winning.”

If the girls keep that mentality, there just might be more winning to come.
