HUNTINGTON BEACH:   MLK 9 (66) – Marina 9 (75)

What a way to end the week, Friday night at the beach. The Wolves traveled to Huntington Beach to play the Vikings of Marina HS. This non league match was a great opportunity for the guys to get in some quality competition and be ready for their last 2 weeks of league play.

The 2026 season has had multiple matches that have been very close and the boys have been learning a lot for the experience.

This match was interesting as Marina won 8 of the 9 singles sets and MLK won 8 of the 9 doubles sets. In the end, we sat down with our opponents and had a meal together after the match and then capped it off with a dip in the Pacific at Bolsa Chica State Beach.
