If you have the opportunity to meet Addisyn Sharpe one day, you’ll immediately notice an infectiously positive attitude and a humble confidence about her. She has had a terrific time at King High both in the pool and in the classroom.

A varsity water polo player for three of her four years of playing the sport, she’s a leader on the team – for two seasons serving as Captain – and leads with not just solid play but with character and integrity.  She is also a member of the Varsity swim team in the Spring.  In Polo, she plays the flats and wings and occasionally gets thrown into Set D plays.

She has excelled in the classroom throughout her time at MLK, earning a 4.64 GPA with a resume that boasts of many AP classes. Her hope is to move out of state for college.  If the past is any predictor of the future, those years of college life and learning will likely thrive as her years at ML King have.

There is a lot to be impressed by when you meet Addisyn, but don’t expect her to brag about it … which might just be her greatest trait!
