TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS

The season is very young but there’s no time to waste in taking care of business.  The Lady Wolves did just that on Thursday night, beating Rancho Verde High School by a score of 58-28.

Martha Firm and Sohphia Manley led the charge for MLK with 14 points and 9 respectively.  Manley added 7 rebounds to the night to help King to victory.

“This sets up a rivalry matchup between the Poly Bears and us on Friday afternoon,” said King head coach Jesus Martinez.

That game will begin at 5:00 PM.  More business will need to be taken care of.
