Miles Swan led the way for the Wolves as King took on the Temescal Canyon Titans. On the mound, Swan was effective, scattering 7 hits but yielding only 2 runs over four inning. He struck out five and walked one. Austin Acosta came in to collect the save over the last three frames.
The offense for King was stellar as the team collectively put together 13 hits. Sophomore Sophomore Nathan Lunetta went 4-4. Junior James Mejia, Junior Carlos Moreno, and Junior Xavier Oropeza each drove in two runs. Senior Jayden Chavez and Sophomore Cooper Cantrell each collected multiple hits.
The final score was 8-3.
King Wolves will travel to Rancho Christian for their next game today, Monday.
