Heather Booth-Driscoll was a part of the Inaugural Class of 2002 and a four year, two-sport athlete in Softball and Volleyball first at Arlington High School and then at King High School after the school opened in 1999, her sophomore year.

She was a four-year scholar athlete and would graduate in the top 10 students in King’s first graduating class having earned a 4.2 GPA. This, while competing at a high level in two sports.

In Softball, Heather was a all league performer while at Arlington HS in the Spring of 1999 and a was First Team All Sunkist League performer in 2001-2002 at King High School. She also was the team Captain and starting pitcher on the 2002 undefeated Sunkist League Championship team for the Wolves.

In 2002 she finished her high school career with a flourish. She led her team to an overall record of 27-2, and set a King High record going 20-1 as the starting pitcher. In that remarkable season, Heather earned All League MVP, 1st team All county, and 1st team ALL CIF and led the team to the school’s first CIF Championship.  After that championship game, Heather was awarded the CIF Softball Championship MVP and the 2002 CIF Southern Section Player of The Year.  Later that summer, she was honored with the 2002 Pepsi Female Athlete of the Year.

After high school she earned a full ride softball Scholarship to The University of Notre Dame and graduated with a GPA of 3.2 while playing softball for the Fighting Irish.  Her stats while at Norte Dame are the stuff of legend:  Four year Monogram winner and four time NCAA Tournament participant; 2006 Team Captain; 2003 and 2006 Big East Conference Tournament Champion; 2003-2005 Big East regular season champion; 2006 Big East Conference Tournament MVP, 2004 & 2006 All NFCA Team, 2003-2006 All Big East Team; 2003 Big East Rookie of the Year; and a 5 time Big East pitcher of the week. She finished as Notre Dame’s all time leader in wins at 96, and complete games at 87. She was first to 800 innings pitched and the first pitcher with 800 strikeouts in school history, 845 for a career.

Heather is now married with two children and lives in Denver, CO. Since her graduation from college, Heather has worked in sports television production at Intersport and won 2 Emmys for a documentary film about Formula 1 racing, and the live broadcast of the USA Olympic Hall of fame Induction ceremony.

She helped the brand Under Armour launch a series of All American Game for various sports. She’s worked for Nike and  Powder Resorts in the ski adventure lifestyle industry for 5 years. Along the way she earned a Digital Marketing Strategy Business Certificate from Harvard and is currently a business strategist at Slalom Consulting.
