The Boys Lacrosse team coaches selected Frank Silva as our 2026 Champion of Character. Frank was selected for this honor because he is the ultimate teammate, good student, and involved in our community.
This is Frank’s 4th year in our program and his second year on Varsity. He is one of our anchors on defense where he plays the long pole position as a starter.  Last year he was set to start on defense and unfortunately he was sidelined for a few weeks unable to play. He continued to come to practice pushing his teammates to improve. During games you could hear his words of encouragement even when he didn’t play as much as he wanted to. He was a lift to everyone on the team and was very important in our championship run last year.
Frank is also involved in service in the community through his Church.  He enjoys playing his guitar at Church and at King in musical services. Frank not only serves in his community, he also has served abroad. Last summer he was part of a service trip to Chang Mai Thailand where he participated in providing service to those in need.
Frank is a great example of what it means to be a teammate, student athlete, and community centered. He represents his family, team, and school with the upmost integrity.
